At The Pharmacy Network, our pharmacists provide Document Witnessing services, offering a convenient, same-day option for witnessing a range of legal and official documents.
This service is available at The Pharmacy on Bunda, The Pharmacy on Northbourne, and The Pharmacy on Franklin, making it easy to have your documents witnessed without needing to book an appointment elsewhere.
Service Restrictions
Pharmacists can only witness documents where they are legally authorised to do so. Some documents may require a specific type of authorised witness (e.g. a lawyer or justice of the peace), and in these cases, we will guide you to the appropriate service.
Requirements
You must bring a valid, government issued photo ID with your signature on it to access this service.
Documents must be signed in the presence of the pharmacist — we cannot witness documents that have already been signed.
