Delivery and Click & Collect

We ship to anywhere in Australia using Australia Post. You’ll be happy to know that when you place an order with The Pharmacy Network, we aim for it to be carefully packaged and shipped to you within 1-2 business days. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is lodged with Australia Post.  Your order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout and, due to COVID Zero-Contact procedures, may be left unattended if you are not at home.

 

All items on our website are available for Click and Collect if you live in ACT and surrounding regional areas. Click and Collect orders are processed free of charge. To check availability, please input your address/postcode at checkout and click and collect store options will display.

 

Click and Collect areas include: all ACT postcodes, 2580 - 2584, 2618-2630, 2642 & 2720. For Click and Collect orders, you will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is first received and a second email when it is ready to collect from your nominated store.

 

The Pharmacy Network ships to any Australian address covered by Australia Post. If you experience any checkout difficulties, please email us at thepharmacynetwork@develin.com.au and we will finalise your order for you over the phone.

 

Eligible orders over $99 will receive free delivery. Due to the size and weight of some products, The Pharmacy Network reserves the right to exclude certain products from its free delivery offer. These products will be clearly indicated in the product description. For these items we will pass on the postage cost. For example, Atkins shake and Glen 20. Any other items ordered will not attract any postage fees.

Flat rate fee of $9.95 for all orders delivered within Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and New South Wales.

 

For other states, we charge postage based on the total weight of your items:

• $14.50 for up to 1 kilo
• $18.25 for over 1 kilo to 3 kilos
• $21.95 for any order over 3 kilos.

Our shipping rates are clearly shown during checkout once you have entered your address and postcode and are calculated using Australia Post postal rates + any additional packing and handling costs due to cubic weight restrictions.

 

Delivery times are reliant upon normal Australia Post working hours and may vary depending on where you live.

 

As a guide, average DELIVERY times are listed below for each state:

ACT - 1 - 3 working days

NSW - 1 - 5 working days

Rest of Australia 5 - 10 working days

 

It is important to note that we only dispatch order Monday to Friday and not on public holidays.

 

For non Click and Collect orders, you will receive an email with an Australia Post Tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can track the journey of your order via the Track and Trace website http://auspost.com.au/track/ by entering your tracking number.
