Neat Feat's Spur Pads have been designed to relieve heel spur pressure and inflammation; the pads catch shock forces and distribute them evenly throughout the heel reducing stress. Medium: UK W 5-6, UK M 8-9, US W 6-7, US M 8-9. Large: UK W 7-8, UK M 10-12, US W 8-9, US M 10-12.
