In Essence ie Sleep No Lavender Essential Oil Blend is a calming blend of 100% pure Sweet Orange, Marjoram and Roman Chamomile which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy for the relief of symptoms associated with sleeplessness including fatigue, nervous tension, stress and mild anxiety.

Ingredients

Sweet Orange (Citrus Sinensis), Marjoram (Origanum Majorana), Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum Nobile).

How To Use

Vaporisation: add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.

Massage: add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of a carrier oil and massage into chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
