In Essence ie Stress Essential Oil Blend is a comforting blend of 100% pure Orange, Mandarin, Geranium, Patchouli & Bergamot essential oils which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy as sedatives for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with stress including nervous tension, sleeplessness, headache, mild neuralgia & fatigue.

Ingredients

Orange (Citrus sinensis), Mandarin (Citrus Reticulata), Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens), Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin), Bergamot (Citrus aurantium).

How To Use

Vaporisation: add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.

Massage: add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of a carrier oil and massage into chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
