Celebrate the festive season with Valley Produce Co. Traditional Christmas Pudding 500g. This classic Australian Christmas pudding combines Australian dried fruit (36%), butter, fresh eggs and matured Australian brandy for a rich, fruity dessert full of traditional festive flavour.

Ingredients

Australian Fruit (36%) (Sultanas, Raisins, Currants), Butter (Cream [Milk], Water, Salt), Fresh Breadcrumbs [Wheat Flour, Water, Yeast, Vinegar, Iodised Salt, Canola Oil, Soy Flour, Emulsifiers (481, 472e), Vitamins (Thiamin, Folate)], Fresh Eggs, Sugar, Matured Australian Brandy, Wheat Flour, Orange Juice, Dates, Water, Natural Lemon Essence, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate), Spices.

Contains: Milk, Wheat, Gluten, Soy and Egg.

May contain: Traces of sesame.

How To Use

This pudding is fully cooked and can be served as supplied or reheated in on of the following ways:

• Microwave (900W)
  1. Remove the ribbon, card, cloth and foil wrapping.
  2. Pierce the film and place the pudding on a microwave-safe plate.
  3. Microwave on full power for 2 minutes per 500g.
• Boiling
  1. Remove the ribbon and card, leaving the cloth in place.
  2. Re-tie the pudding firmly with string.
  3. Lower into a saucepan of boiling water.
  4. Cook for approximately 30 minutes. Do not allow the saucepan to boil dry.
