Individually handcrafted using the traditional boiled-in-the-cloth method, this premium festive pudding combines Australian dried fruit, fresh free-range eggs and matured Barossa Valley brandy for a rich, fruity Christmas dessert.

Ingredients

Australian Fruit (39%) (Sultanas Raisins Currants), Fresh Eggs, Fresh Gluten Free Breadcrumbs [Water, Tapioca, Corn (Non-GM), Stone-milled Organic Quinoa, Yeast, Sea Salt, Guar Gum (412)], Non-GM Canola Oil, Dates, Rice Flour, Unmalted Australian Brandy, Water, Orange Juice, Natural Vanilla & Lemon Essences, Baking Soda & Spices.

Contains: Eggs

May contain: Traces of Sesame.

How To Use

This pudding is fully cooked and can be served as supplied or reheated in on of the following ways:

• Microwave (900W)
  1. Remove the ribbon, card, cloth and foil wrapping.
  2. Pierce the film and place the pudding on a microwave-safe plate.
  3. Microwave on full power for 2 minutes per 500g.
• Boiling
  1. Remove the ribbon and card, leaving the cloth in place.
  2. Re-tie the pudding firmly with string.
  3. Lower into a saucepan of boiling water.
  4. Cook for approximately 30 minutes. Do not allow the saucepan to boil dry.
