Ingredients

Dates (39%), Butter (Cream [Milk], Water, Salt), Brown Sugar, Farm Fresh Eggs, Fresh Breadcrumbs [Wheat Flour, Water, Yeast, Vinegar, Iodised Salt, Canola Oil, Soy Flour, Vegetable Emulsifiers (481, 472e), Vitamins (Thiamin, Folate)], Wheat Flour, Matured Australian Brandy, Natural Toffee & Vanilla Essences, Baking Soda & Spices.

Contains: Milk, Wheat, Gluten, Soy and Egg.

May contain: Date pits or pit fragments and traces of sesame.

How To Use

This pudding is fully cooked and can be served as supplied or reheated in on of the following ways:

• Microwave (900W)
  1. Remove the ribbon, card, cloth and foil wrapping.
  2. Pierce the film and place the pudding on a microwave-safe plate.
  3. Microwave on full power for 2 minutes per 500g.
• Boiling
  1. Remove the ribbon and card, leaving the cloth in place.
  2. Re-tie the pudding firmly with string.
  3. Lower into a saucepan of boiling water.
  4. Cook for approximately 30 minutes. Do not allow the saucepan to boil dry.
