How to Use

Beetroot powder has a sweet earthy flavour and adds a vibrant red colour to cooking. Enjoy mixed into smoothies, hot chocolate, added to sweet or savoury dishes such as dips and soups or as a pre or post workout drink to support endurance and recovery.

10g (3 heaped teaspoons) of beet powder is equivalent to around 100g of fresh beetroot (half a medium sized beetroot)

Warnings

Always read the label before use. 

Beetroot powder is hygroscopic meaning it absorbs moisture quickly. As our pure beetroot contains no anti-caking agents or other fillers, it is prone to clumping. To prevent this, store well sealed in an airtight container in a cool environment or the fridge, use regularly and give it a loving stir (yes this helps!) and never, ever use a wet spoon. If the product hardens you can whack it on the edge of the table to release the compacted powder.
