How To Use

Directions: Adults only: Take 1-3 tablets daily with water, or as directed by your health professional. Contains 15mg of caffeine per tablet. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine. Caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
