How To Use

1. Test fit before removing adhesive strip. Peel back adhesive backing and place in shoe sticky side down, with tapered end at the back of the shoe. 2. To remove from shoe after use: peel adhesive backing together with insole to avoid damage to product or shoe. USAGE ADVICE: Hold tape and product together and peel from here.
