How to Use

• Cold Pack: Place Cool it in the fridge or freezer for about an hour. When cold enought, place it on area in need of soothing relief.
• Hot Pack: Place Cool it in hot water for about 7 minutes. Do not boil the water. When temperature is right, place on area in need. Do not microwave.
