In Essence's ie Stress Essential Oil Blend is a comforting blend of 100% pure Orange, Mandarin, Geranium, Patchouli & Bergamot essential oils which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy as sedatives for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with stress including nervous tension, sleeplessness, headache, mild neuralgia & fatigue.

Ingredients

Orange (Citrus sinensis), Mandarin (Citrus Reticulata), Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens), Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin), Bergamot (Citrus aurantium).

How To Use

Diffuse: Add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.

Massage: Add 6 drops (0.2mL) to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil and Massage.

Warnings

It’s not recommended to use Stress for infants. Stress is not recommended for topical use during pregnancy. Pure essential oils should not be ingested unless prescribed by a healthcare practitioner.
