Each tablet contains: Tyrosine 500mg, Potassium iodide equiv. iodine 145 micrograms, Selenomethionine equiv. selenium 75 micrograms, Zinc amino acid chelate equiv. zinc 12.5mg, Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 20mg, Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root extract 125mg derived from dry root 1.5g.

How To Use

Adults – Take 1 tablet, twice daily, with food, or as directed by your health professional.

Warnings

A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
