Harmony Menopause Max is formulated for when menopause symptoms are at their max. This high potency herbal medicine contains herbs traditionally used in Chinese and Western herbal medicine to relieve symptoms associated with menopause, such as hot flushes, night sweats, sleeplessness and fatigue. Ingredients

Each Tablet contains extract equivalent to the dried herbs: Rehmannia glutinosa root 5g, Vitex agnus-castus fruit (Chaste Tree) 200mg, Paeonia lactiflora root (Peony) 3g, Bupleurum falcatum root 1.5g, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3 200IU) 5mcg, naturally derived excipients Calcium hydrogen phosphate, Carnauba wax Cellulose – microcrystalline, Silica – colloidal, Magnesium stearate, tablet coating proprietary ingredient PI 4029.

How To Use

Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals. Discontinue use if pregnancy occurs or you develop sensitivity to the formula. If you are taking a course of hormone medication, seek advice from your prescribing practitioner. Starting dose: 1 tablet, twice daily. Maintenance dose: 1 tablet daily.
