How To Use

Adults

General immunity: Chew 1 tablet daily with food.

During a cold: Chew 4 tablets daily with food.

Children 5 years & over

General immunity: Chew 1/2 tablet daily with food.

During a cold: Chew 1 tablet daily with food. Or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Warnings

Storage: Below 30°C. Contains zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. Do not use if cap and/or bottle seals are missing or broken.
