Each soft capsule contains: Echinacea purpurea (Echinacea) herb juice dry 116.67mg Equiv. to herb fresh 5.25g. Zinc (as Zinc citrate dihydrate) 12mg. Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 250mg. Salix alba (White Willow) stem bark ext. dry conc. 64.52mg Equiv. to stem bark dry 1g. Sambucus nigra (Elderberry) Fruit ext. dry conc. 30mg Equiv. to fresh fruit 1.5g. Allium sativum (Garlic) Bulb ext. dry conc. 50mg Equiv. to bulb dry 1g.

How to Use

Cold & Flu Symptoms: It is important to begin at the first sign of cold or flu symptoms.

Adults: Take 1 soft capsule 4 times a day with food.

Immune Support:

Adults: Take 1 soft capsule per day to support immune system health and function.
