Tea Culture Sticky Chai is a fragrant blend of Sri-Lankan Orange Pekoe Black tea, traditional spices and ginger, coated in sweet coconut nectar for a sweet and sticky finish. It’s vegan (bee friendly), gluten free and diary free.
Ingredients
Coconut nectar, black tea, coconut sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, star anise, clove, the perfect balance of spices.
How to Use
Stove
- Place 1 heaped table spoon of sticky chai into a pot.
- Pour 50mL of hot water into the pot, and let sit for 1 min
- Add 200mL of milk. Heat to 68 degrees and stir.
- Strain chai and serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
Coffee Machine
- Place 1 heaped table spoon of sticky chai into milk jug.
- Allow the chai tea to infuse for 2-3 minutes
- Add milk and steam, strain leaves and serve
