How to Use

Adults, mix 0.9g in 250ml warm water & drink immediately. Take three times a day.

Stir into hot water or plant milk for an instant tonic tea. Works well in hot or cold drinks, broths and meals.

Warnings

Caution use with diarrhea due to Spleen deficiency. QI formula in combination with JING can support the health of the Spleen.
