If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
Although Trigonella foenum-graecum is generally well tolerated, supplementation may cause mild gastrointestinal side effects in sensitive individuals.
Meno Thrive may affect some medications. It may increase the effects of anticoagulant, anti-platelet, diabetes (hypoglycaemic), metropolol and SSRI medication. It may reduce the effects of phenytoin, theophylline, and sildenafil. If you have specific concerns about using Meno Thrive™ with other medications, it is important that you talk to your health professional.
Due to a possible hypoglycaemic effect of Trigonella foenum-graecum, close monitoring of glycaemic control by a healthcare professional should be considered in patients treated for diabetes mellitus.
Although there are no known human clinical studies indicating an adverse hormonal effect of Trigonella foenum-graecum supplementation, caution (or avoidance) is advised for patients with hormone sensitive conditions.
