Each capsule contains: Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit juice dry  81.43mg equiv. to fresh juice 2.85g Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 250mg Zinc (from Zinc Gluconate) 3mg

Contains sulfites and sugars.

How To Use

ADULTS ONLY. Best taken at first sign of cold or flu symtoms or as directed by your health professional.  Adults (Cold & Flu Support): 2 capsules, 4 times daily.

Adults (Immune Support): 2 capsules, 1-2 times daily
