Ingredients

Each effervescent tablet contains: Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit ext. dry conc. 163mg equiv. to dry fruit 5.7g, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 1000mg, Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate) 2mg.

How To Use

Best taken regularly, at first signs of Cold & Flu and at times of Immune stress. Dissolve 1 tablet in 250mL (1 glass) of warm or cold water. Once dissolved consume immediately. Adults: 1 effervescent tablet daily.
