How To Use

Adults: Take two (2) tablets per day in the morning. Can also be taken two hours before important meetings or tasks requiring sustained focus. Or, use as directed by your health professional. Break, cut or crush the tablet if you have swallowing concerns. Swallow with a glass of water.

In very rare cases, green tea extract may harm the liver.
Each tablet contains 40mg caffeine. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine.
