Ingredients

Each capsule contains: Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) dry root extract 400mg, equiv. to dry root 2g (min). Standardised to contain Valerenic acids 2.4mg.

How to Use

Adults: Take 1 capsule 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime, or when experiencing sleeplessness, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Children under 12 years: Only as professionally prescribed.

Warnings

In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. Not recommended for use by pregnant and lactating woman. If symptoms persist - seek advice of a healthcare professional. Do not use if cap seal is broken. Contains Sulfites.
