How To Use

• Mixing Directions: Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 62.5mL(approx. a quarter glass) of fresh drinking water, fruit juice, or cold liquid. Stir well until completely dissolved and drink immediately.

• Chronic Constipation Dosing:

  • Children 2–5 Years: Starting dose is 1 sachet daily.

  • Children 6–11 Years: Starting dose is 2 sachet daily.

  • Adjust dose up or down as needed to produce regular, soft stools. Maximum dose normally does not exceed $4\text{ sachets}$ daily.

  • Duration: Use in children aged 2 years and older should be limited to 12 weeks, unless under medical supervision.

• Adults & Children 12+ Years: Recommended dose is 2 sachet daily. (up to 6  sachet daily. if necessary). For ongoing maintenance, dose may be reduced to 1 sachet daily based on response.
