FemmeX is a great tasting magnesium formulation specifically designed for women to support healthy hormone balance and relieve symptoms of stress, throughout various life stages. FemmeX contains Meta Mag - Magnesium bisglycinate, an easily absorbed form of magnesium that reduces premenstrual tension and supports a healthy stress response. Chromium and inositol helps support healthy glucose metabolism* and iodine and selenium supports a healthy thyroid function. The thyroid helps to govern hormonal balance and can be affected by stress. The activated forms of vitamin B6 and B12 are included to support healthy oestrogen levels and natural liver detoxification processes.

How to Use

Adults: Add 2 level scoops (9.8g) to 200mL of water twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
