In Essence's ie Breathe Blend is a refreshing blend of Mint, Pine and Eucalyptus 100% essential oils traditionally used to help relieve symptoms of cold & flu, combined in a nourishing carrier oil base for convenient application.

Ingredients

Mint (Mentha Arvensis) Leaf, Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus Globulus) Twig Leafy, Pine (Pinus Sylvestris)Twig Leafy; In a base of Almond & Grape Seed Oils.

How To Use

Apply small amount as required up to 6 times per day to temples, forehead, and back of neck, avoiding eye area, or to wrist and inhale. Prior to use refer to leaflet for further information.
