How To Use

To help prepare the body for labour and to support general health and wellbeing: Infuse 2 teabags (8 g) in 250 mL (one cup) of boiling water, steep for 10-15 minutes before removing teabags. Adults – drink 4 cups daily. There are no restrictions on duration of use.

To relieve diarrhoea and as an astringent to tighten tissues: Infuse 1 teabag (4 g) in 250 mL (one cup) of boiling water, steep for 10-15 minutes before removing teabag. Adults – drink 2 to 3 cups daily. There are no restrictions on duration of use.

Warnings

Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than: 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3 to 6 years or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years.
