Dencorub Medicated Pain Relieving Heat Pataches are for the temporary relief of backache, muscular aches and pains, sprains and strains. These Heat Patches are an easy and convenient way to gain temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with backache (lumbago), sprains and strains.
Ingredients
Active Ingredients: Menthyl Salicylate 74.88mg/Patch, Camphor 46.80mg/Patch, Menthol 37.44mg/Patch.
How To Use
Please ensure the sachet is intact before first use.
Adults and Children over 14 years:
- Take a patch out of the sachet.
- Remove the polyethylene backing film.
- Apply the patch over the affected area, sticky side to skin.
- The self-adhesive nature of the patch will keep it in place.
- The number of patches required should be selected according to the area to be treated.
- Up to two patches can be applied to the affected area, either once daily or twice daily (up to 4 daily).
- Apply a fresh patch twice a day or once a day where sufficient relief of pain or symptoms is achieved.
- Remove the old patch before placing a new one on your skin.

Do not use
- if you are sensitive to any ingredients or peppermint oil
- if pregnant, likely to become pregnant or breastfeeding
- in children under 14 years
- if allergic to aspirin or any other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug as shown by asthma, itch skin or runny nose after taking it
- for long periods without talking to your doctor
- in conjunction with heat pads - on wounds, damaged or irritated skin
- more than the stated dose.
If you use too many patches or a child under 14 years applies one of the patches, talk to a doctor or hospital casualty department straight away. Take your patches with you While using this product If intense burning or itching occurs, remove patch immediately.
Avoid contact with eyes or open wounds Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight.
Avoid prolonged exposure in the sun. This patch may occasionally cause side effects such as itching, reddening, contact eczema, contact allergy, burning, local coolness. Nausea and stomach upset are possible.
This product may increase the risk of bleeding if you are taking warfarin or other anti-coagulants.
If accidentally eaten, contact the Australian Poisons Information Centre on 131126.
