• It works gradually, by drawing water into the stools, making them easier to pass.
• It provides gentle, gradual constipation relief and can be an add-on to fibre supplements.
• It is suitable for adults and children 12 years and over, and may be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding under medical supervision.

How To Use

Adults and children 12 years and over - Take 2 or 3 tablets twice daily.

*Not recommended for children under 12 years.

Warnings

• Store below 25°C. Protect from light. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
• Not recommended for use in children under 12 years.
• Drink plenty of water.
• Increase fibre in your diet except in cases of medication-induced constipation.
• Do not take with other medicines or liquid paraffin, unless advised by a doctor.
• If symptoms persist, seek advice from a health care practitioner.
• Prolonged use is not recommended and may lead to dependence.
• Contains benzoates and gluten. Do not use if cap seal is broken or missing.
