How To Use

DO NOT TAKE ORALLY

1. With clean hands, insert 1 v-spot probiotic into the vagina at bedtime daily, for 5-10 days, or as directed by your health practitioner.

2. If required, wet capsule before use and insert straight away (this may not be necessary).

3. Expect some discharge the next day but understand that this is normal.

4. You should always insert after you have fully emptied your bladder, especially after sexual intercourse.

5. For best results, avoid using the product just before or during your period.

Warnings
