How to Use

Use 6g scoop supplied, mix powder well with 100mls of water or juice and consume immediately.

Adults: Take 1 level scoop once or twice per day
Children 14-18 yrs: 1 level scoop once or twice per day
Children 9 - 13 yrs: 1 level scoop per day
Children 4 - 8 yrs: ½ scoop per day
