How to Use

FREEZING INSRUCTIONS:
Keep cap inside supplied bag and store/place in freezer for a minimum of 2 hours. Once cold, remove cap from the bag and slip onto the desired treatment area. If required, let cap rest at room temperature for a few minutes before applying, to ensure a comfortable temperature.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove cap from supplied bag and microwave for 20 seconds, then test for comfort. If cap is not hot enough, reheat for an additional 10 seconds. Do not heat for more than a total of 60 seconds. Cap should be warm, not hot. Slip onto the desired treatment area. Do not heat from frozen.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Use a damp cloth to wipe down. Lay flat and airdry. Do not wash, bleach, dry clean or iron. Always keep your ice cap in its supplied protective bag.
