Spatone® liquid iron – apple contains naturally occurring, iron-rich water from the mountains of Snowdonia, Wales with added apple concentrate. Iron helps support a healthy immune system and maintain energy levels.

How To Use

Adults & Children over 2 years: Take one sachet daily. Pregnant Women: Take two sachets daily. To use, simply take it straight from the sachet or dilute it in juice high in vitamin C to increase iron absorption. To get the most out of Spatone, it is advised to take on an empty stomach. It’s best to allow a 30-45 minute gap before eating or drinking.
