    I have used Osmo patches for a few years now and will probably be using them for a while. As someone who has suffered with inflammation in my knees and shoulders on a regular basis,, it is a big benefit to be able to treat my injuries without having to take pills. The patches work faster than the tablets and seem to last longer.
