How to Use

• Preparation: Rest quietly for 5 minutes prior to measuring. Avoid eating, drinking caffeine, smoking, or exercising 30 minutes beforehand.
• Cuff Application: Wrap the IntelliWrap™ cuff around your bare upper arm, positioning the lower edge roughly 1 to 2 cm above your elbow fold.
• Positioning: Sit upright in a chair with feet flat on the floor and rest your arm on a table so the cuff is positioned at heart level.
• Operation: Press the START button. The cuff will inflate automatically via IntelliSense™ technology. Remain still and quiet until inflation completes and your results appear on the screen.
