How to Use
The program contains 3 steps, which should be used according to the following schedule.
- Place one lozenge in your mouth.
- Move from one side of the mouth to the other periodically.
- Continue until fully dissolved. The lozenge should not be chewed, sucked or swallowed whole. Only have one lozenge at a time and no more than 15 per day.
Week 1-6 : Have one lozenge every 1–2 hours. Adults should have at least 9 lozenges in total during this period.
Week 7-9 : Have one lozenge every 2–4 hours.
Week 10-12 : Have one lozenge every 4-8 hours.
