Each capsule contains: Magnolia officinalis dry stem bark ext. 75mg, equiv. to dry stem bark 1.5g; Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) dry root ext. 66.67mg, equiv. to dry root 3g; Matricaria chamomilla (German chamomile) dry flower ext. 50mg, equiv. to dry flower 500mg; Passiflora incarnata (Passion flower) dry herb ext. 50mg, equiv. to dry herb 1g; Pyridoxine hydrochloride 2.5mg, equiv. to Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 2.06mg; Magnesium amino acid chelate 500mg, equiv. to Magnesium 100mg.

No added yeast, salt, milk products, artificial sweeteners, flavours or preservatives.

How to Use

Adults: Take 1-2 capsules daily, one hour before bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
