A busy lifestyle, strenuous activity, stress, lack of sleep or too much smoking and drinking can deplete B vitamins in the body. Relieve fatigue and tiredness and support energy production and energy levels. It supports a healthy stress response in the body and supports nervous system health and function.

• Thiamine nitrate 50mg  • Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 25mg  • Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 50mg  • Calcium pantothenate 50mg • Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Pyridoxine, Vitamin B6 41.1mg) 50mg  • Biotin  50micrograms  • Folic acid 90micrograms • Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 50micrograms  • Choline bitartrate 50micrograms  • Inositol 50micrograms • Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 100mg

No added sugar, yeast, gluten, starch, wheat, preservatives, artificial flavours or sweeteners. 

How to Use

19 years and older: Take 1 tablet once daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional. 

Warnings

This product must not be directed to individuals aged 18 or below 18 years of age. 

If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.  Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate. 

This product contains pyridoxine hydrochloride, which may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for a long time.

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. (Contains Vitamin B6) 

Do not use if cap seal is broken.
