• Declaration of suitability: Honey is considered suitable for Coeliac, and Vegetarian requirements.
• Allergen Status: Honey contains .3% protein (primarily resulting from pollen) of this 1% is allergenic protein. FSANZ state that a declaration of honey as an ingredient is sufficient acknowledgement of this allergen.
• GMO Statement: Honey is not sourced from GM ingredients, however cross contamination of pollen from GM crops at less than 1mg/kg is possible. Supplier takes all necessary steps to identify when bee suppliers are within a 5km radius of GM crops.
