Myosa's Anti-Snoring Guard Stage 1 (S1) alleviates snoring by slightly advancing the sleeper’s lower jaw and opening the bite, which has the effect of opening the airway. The S1 has four large breathing holes at the front to regulate breathing as well as a patented Air Spring Core™ to cushion the jaw joint. How To Use
1. Hold the guard with the tongue tag facing up
2. Place the guard into the mouth
3. Keep your tongue positioned on the tongue tag
4. Close down on the guard and allowing it to guide your jaw forward
5. Make an effort to keep the lips together and breathe through the nose
Cleaning: Clean your guard appliance under warm running water every time you remove it from your mouth.
