How to Use

Adults: To calm the mind and support emotional wellbeing: Take one capsule daily with food.
In times of acute, mild anxiety: Take two capsules once daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings

In rare cases, Camellia sinensis may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes, or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching.
