How to Use

After heating or cooling, apply to area for no more than 15 minutes at a time. If further treatment is required, wait 20 minutes before reapplying the bag.

Heating Directions:

- Always remove the outer cover before heating.
- Ensure the pack starts at room temperature.
- Place in the microwave and heat according to your microwave's wattage:
600–749W: Heat for 1 minute
750–1000W: Heat for 30 seconds

- Shake gently after heating to distribute the clay beads and heat evenly.
- Always check the temperature before applying to the skin. Do not exceed recommended times.

Cooling Directions:

- Place the pack inside a sealed plastic bag and place it in the freezer for 2–3 hours.
- Ensure the temperature is comfortable against your skin before use.
- Avoid prolonged direct contact with the skin.

Washing Directions:

- Wipe the surface clean with a damp cloth.
- Do not soak, bleach, machine wash, or dry clean the inner pack.
- Ensure the pack is completely dry before storing. Store in a cool, dry place.

Warnings
