Le Pin and Criste Marine du Petit Marseillais Maritime pine grows on the lands of the mountains of Auvergne. Its bark, thick and cracked, is harvested by hand. The sea fennel, picked under the summer sun, is a typical coastal plant capable of withstanding sea winds and spray.
