Inflamax Back Pain Heat Patches Odourless XL Size 2 Patches

Inflamax Muscular Pain Heat Patches provide heat therapy for effective, targeted pain and tension relief for all muscles, including:

• Back & Hip
• Neck & Shoulders
• Knees & Joints
• Tight Muscles

Each heat patch contains iron which activates upon air exposure. Heat therapy helps increase blood flow to impacted areas by enhancing the supply of oxygen and nutrients, which can improve muscle flexibility. It also helps to relieve muscle aches and pains.

The patches are odourless and available in a S-M and a XL size pack that can be easily applied to the skin, providing up to 12-hour relief.

How to Use

1. Tear open pouch when ready to use.
2. Peel away paper to reveal adhesive side. Place on pain area with adhesive against the skin. Attach firmly and do not overlap the heat cells.
3. It may take up to 30 mins to reach its therapeutic temperature.
4. For maximum effectiveness, we recommend you wear for 8 hours. Do not wear for more than 8 hours. Do not wear for more than 8 hours in any 24- hour period.
5. Place wrap flat against your skin. Do not fold or bunch as your risk of burn is increased.

Warnings

• This product can cause burns.
• Keep out of reach of children, infants and animals.
• Do not microwave.
• This product may cause itchy skin, skin pinkness or minor skin burn for people with sensitive skin or if misused.
• Do not wear while sleeping.
• Check skin frequently (around every one hour) during use.
• Ask a doctor before use if you have diabetes, poor circulation or heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis or are pregnant.
• If you find irritation or a burn, remove product immediately.
• Each cell contains iron which can be harmful if swallowed. If swallowed, rinse mouth with water and call the Poisons. Information Centre (13 11 26) right away.
• If heat pad contents come in contact with your skin or eyes, rinse right away with water. Never heat product in microwave or attempt to reheat as heat pads could catch fire.
• The temperature and heating time of this product will vary depending on the use environment, and the heating effect may be affected when the ambient temperature is too low.

While using this product:

• If you feel the temperature is uncomfortable, notice irritation, rash or burns, remove the product immediately.
• If product feels too hot — stop use or wear over clothing.
• Do not apply additional pressure to the product and do not wear tight clothing over the product. Make sure that some air can always get to the heat wraps.
• Remove product before MRI examination.

Do not use:

• If heat cell contents leak and/or wrap is damaged or torn.
• For more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period.
• With pain rubs, medicated lotions, creams or ointments.
• On unhealthy, damaged or broken skin.
• On areas of bruising or swelling that have occurred within 48 hours.
  • On areas of the body where you can’t feel heat.
  • With other forms of heat.
  • On people unable to remove the product, including children, infants, and some elderly.
  • On people unable to follow all use instructions.

Stop use and ask a doctor:

• If pain worsens or persists for more than 7 days.
• If you experience any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash or other changes in your skin that persist where the wrap is worn.
