Footlogics Workmate are full‑length orthotic insoles designed specifically for work boots and safety footwear. Developed by Australian podiatrists, they combine a stabilising arch support shell with shock‑absorbing cushioning to help reduce foot fatigue during long days on hard surfaces. Suitable for tradies, warehouse staff and anyone who spends extended hours standing or walking at work.

Sizing Chart

Please use the Sizing Guide to determine your Footlogics size. If in doubt, simply measure the length of your foot with a ruler, from the back of the heel to the tip of the big toe. You can rest assured that by measuring your foot you’ll always receive the correct size orthotic.

Please note that the full-length models (Footlogics Comfort, Sports and Sensi) can all be trimmed to size with normal scissors at the toe end, in case the insoles are too long or wide for your shoes. In many cases this won’t be necessary and the insole should fit perfectly into your footwear, without any trimming. Please remove any existing loose innersoles from your shoes, before placing Footlogics inside them.

How To Use

Please remove any existing innersoles or lining from work boots or work shoes before inserting Footlogics. If required, the insoles can be trimmed to size with normal scissors, following the trimlines at the toe end.

Cleaning instructions: Clean the insoles with a warm soapy cloth. Do not soak them or put them in the washing machine or dryer.
