Agiofibe® is a fibre supplement formulated with a unique combination of insoluble and soluble fibre. It is a combination that closely resembles that found in a healthy, balanced diet. Agiofibe is made from the seeds and husks of psyllium. Agiofibe is a high quality dietary fibre supplement that is well tolerated and used worldwide to support bowel health.

Ingredients

Active Ingredient: Psyllium (Plantago ovata and Ispaghula)

Each 5g (approx. 1 teaspoon) contains Psyllium in the form of: Plantago ovata seeds, dry 3.25 g, Ispaghula husk 0.11g

How To Use

• Adults: Take 2 rounded teaspoons (10g) in the evening, followed by a glass of water. If required, an additional an additional 1 or 2 teaspoonfuls before breakfast can be taken in the morning. Use in children under 12 years is not recommended. Agiofibe granules should be swallowed unchewed with a glass of water (approx. 250 ml). Agiofibe granules are coated, making them convenient and easy to swallow. This must not be chewed, but can be swallowed whole or mixed with any semi-liquid food, such as yoghurt.
• Agiofibe can be given to children 10 years and over. Please consult your healthcare professional for children under 10 years.
• Contains sucrose.

Warnings

• Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
• Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea.
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding seek advice of a health professional before taking this product.
