Ethical Nutrients Mega Night Magnesium calms the mind & relaxes the body in preparation for sleep, and supports healthy sleeping patterns. This formulation contains Passionflower which has been used in traditional Western herbal medicine to help relieve restless sleep during times of stress.

Ingredients

Each dose (6.6g) contains: Magnesium amino acid chelate (Meta Mag® - Magnesium diglycinate) 3g. Equiv. elemental Magnesium 300mg Passiflora incarnata, dry herb extract 545mg from dry herb (Passionflower) 3g Glycine 743mg.

How To Use

Add 1 scoop (6.6g) and stir well in 200mL of water (cold or warm) once daily. Or as directed by a healthcare professional.
