Ingredients
Active Ingredients: Brompheniramine maleate 2 mg/5 mL, Phenylephrine hydrochloride 5 mg/5 mL.
How to Use
Children 6 years to under 12 years:
7.5 mL every 6-8 hours as necessary. Maximum 4 doses in 24 hours.
Adults and Children 12 years and over:
10 mL every 6-8 hours as necessary. Maximum 4 doses in 24 hours.
Do not use in children under 6 years old. Use in children aged 6 to 11 years only on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner.
Dose may be taken with water or fruit juice. A measuring cup is included with this product for accurate dose measurement.
Warnings
Do not use this product:
In children under 6 years
If you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients
If you are lactating or breast feeding
With other antihistamines
If tamper evident cap seal is broken or missing
Ask your doctor before use if you:
Are taking antidepressants
Have high blood pressure
Have heart problems
Are pregnant or are trying to become pregnant
Are taking another cough and cold medicine
Are taking sedatives or tranquillisers, they may increase drowsiness
Caution:
Do not take for longer than a few days unless directed by a doctor. If symptoms persist for more than 48 hours or are accompanied by fever discontinue use and consult a doctor.
This medicine may cause sleeplessness
This medicine may cause drowsiness. If affected, do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery. Avoid alcohol.
Contains:
Benzoates, Hydroxybenzoates, Saccharin, Sulfites, Sorbitol (16.8 g/40 mL). Products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea
