Dermatix Scar Reduction Silicone Gel is a treatment designed to soften, flatten and fade scars. These types of scars can include acne scars, post surgery scarring, trauma, burns, surgery and other invasive procedure scarring. Hypertrophic and Keloid scars can also be treated with this gel; Hypertrophic scars are raised, red scars that do not extend beyond the wound or injury site. Keloid scars are raised scars which extend beyond the original wound or injury.

How To Use

Dermatix® can be used as soon as the wound has healed to reduce the visibility of a scar. Apply when the wound has completely healed, and, keep away from the eyes and mucous membranes. Apply every morning and night for a minimum of 2 months. Allow to dry for 4-5 minutes before covering with clothing, cosmetics or sunscreen. Use alone, it should not be applied over antibiotic skin preparations or other skin treatments or products.

Warnings

Avoid extreme heat and cold. Avoid tight & irritating clothing. Always read the label. Follow directions for use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
